John Lennon's "Gimme Some Truth" was a protest song against the Nixon administration, and the Vietnam war. It was released in 1971 on John's album "Imagine". Peacemonger first made this sticker just after the US invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq in 2003. John would be mortified at the lack of progress we seem to be seeing today as a species, with endless wars and race protests and riots in the streets of America. This demand for truth and justice remains strong and loud nearly fifty years later.
