Out-of-stock items may delay fulfilling your order. Our goal is to ship all orders same day complete. If we are out of stock on one or more items you've ordered and paid for, we try to contact you by email and by voice. We'll offer you the following options: 1) Ship immediately with a substitution of equal value item. 2) Ship immediately with a refund for the out-of-stock item. (Our system does not store credit card numbers. We will need to speak with you by phone for security purposes to refund your card.) 3) Hold shipment until the out-of-stock item is back in stock. (This may take 10-15 days.) In any case if we have to delay your shipment, we include several extra freebies with your order to thank you for your patience!
