FREE SHIPPING on all retail orders over $100.00!
We ship orders same day received in most cases. You can expect to receive your order under normal circumstances in about a week.
If we are out of an item you order, we will attempt to contact you by email and by phone immediately to find out your choice of 1) Substitution of a similar item/design of equal value, 2) Wait till we get the item in stock (could add up to two weeks to delivery of your order,) or 3) Partial refund and immediate shipment of the balance of your order.
During the December holidays and the Spring rush season, there may be delays, so if you must have your order by a certain date, it's best to call us at (559) 741 1668 or (559) 799 8801.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated and added automatically to your sales receipt. Orders under 13 oz. (multiple stickers, decals, buttons etc.) are shipped first class USPS. Orders over 13 oz. Ship priority USPS with delivery confirmation.
SPECIAL SHIPPING CHARGES: Mugs and posters ship separately from other items. The shipping on these items is included in their respective prices. Expect two packages if ordering posters or mugs. Only one handling fee is applied with these multiple package orders.

International Shipping:
We appreciate our neighbors from out of the country. Your media probably tells you more than we hear about here at home! Depending on the size of your order, it will ship International First Class USPS, Global Priority, or Air Parcel Post. Generally, charges will automate according to these rates:

$25.00 for subtotal up to $49.99
$35.00 for subtotal up to $99.99
$50.00 for subtotal up to $250.00

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We offer UPS three-day, two-day, and next-day air services for additional fees. Saturday delivery is available in very limited areas and costs $15 plus rush and shipping charges based on the type of service you request. Please call us (559) 741 1668 or 1-800-PICKUPS to confirm the availability of Saturday delivery service.
Same-day fulfillment is only available Monday-Friday,10:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. PST. Any expedited orders received after the cutoff time will be filled and shipped at the next available opportunity.
Expedited orders are subject to in-house rush fulfillment charges as well as appropriate shipping fee. Thanks for your understanding! We'll bend over backwards for you!
RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
We unconditionally guarantee your satisfaction. If we send you a damaged item, we will replace it and reimburse you for return shipping if we request it.

We will exchange and send you your item/s originally ordered. You may request compensation for your postage costs to us in the form of a check, or we can send you a sticker or two ($3 value each.) Just let us know what you want.
For a case in which you ordered the wrong item or size (customer mistakes)
1. Create an SASE (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope) for yourself. We recommend using your address for both the shipping and return addresses on the envelope. Make sure it is big enough to contain the item/s we will be sending back to you. 2. Post/Stamp the SASE with postage enough to return to you. For one to two shirts, $2 to $3 is enough. Call us if you are unsure how much postage you’ll need. 3. Send us the exchange item, along with the SASE and a note. On the note, explain what you would like returned to you, include part number, size, color, etc. 4. Address all this to us at:

We ship free stickers with every order, so you will likely have items you did not order! These don't qualify for exchange or refund... (just kidding!)
REFUNDS:
We will refund the actual value of an item if it is damaged upon arrival. We will not refund the shipping/handling charges. We may at our discretion refund only your actual shipping costs (back to us) in case of our sending a wrong size or wrong item. With your approval we may compensate that shipping cost by including extra stickers of your choice in case of an exchange where we send out replacement goods. Just give us a call, we'll figure the best way to refund you through your credit card, paypal, or you may apply any refunds we owe you towards a gift certificate.
