In a meditative post-yoga state, a realization came, saying it is a good idea to let go of one's EGO. We would better serve ourSELVES if we'd preoccupy ourselves with others, and with compassion. In a self-absorbed Facebook frenzied world, it seemed a good idea to come up with a sticker to this end. I found words from youth and "L'eggo your EGO" came to mind and made me laugh. Of course our parody needed to change, so "I L'eggo My EGO" it became.
